Upon successful payment, PeakPlaybooks grants the purchaser a single-user, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view, read, and implement the purchased guides, worksheets, and companion scripts.

Strict Restrictions: You may not redistribute, publicly share, re-sell, re-upload to torrent or file-sharing sites, or include our proprietary scripts and compensation datasets in any commercial derivative work without express written licensing permission from PeakPlaybooks Press.

3. Disclaimer of Placement or Financial Outcomes

The publications sold on this platform are educational and reference manuals. PeakPlaybooks does not act as an employment agency, financial advisory firm, or executive recruitment agency. We do not guarantee job offers, visa approvals, or specific percentage salary increments.

4. External Razorpay Hosted Payments

All financial transactions are conducted securely via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant hosted infrastructure. PeakPlaybooks never stores or processes raw credit card details or banking passwords on our servers.
