Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on PeakPlaybooks Press (including "The Job Switch Playbook – India & Gulf Edition 2027", "The Layoff-Ready Money Guide – India Edition 2027", compensation spreadsheets, and companion templates) are intangible digital intellectual goods delivered immediately through electronic download links.

2. Our Transparent Guarantee & Refund Grounds

Due to the immediate access granted upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once digital files have been delivered. However, we strictly honor refunds under the following verified conditions:

• Duplicate Billing: If your card or UPI app was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a banking gateway loop, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge upon notification.
• Technical Delivery Failure: If you complete payment successfully but do not receive your download access and our support desk is unable to restore your access within 24 hours of receiving your notice.
• Corrupt or Defective Asset: In the rare event a delivered PDF or companion file is corrupt and our team cannot provide a clean replacement copy within 24 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after successful file download.
• Failure to read the detailed table of contents or sample previews made openly available prior to purchase.
• Inability to secure a specific job interview or salary increase (as our guides are informational resources and do not represent a placement agency guarantee).

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a claim, please email support@peakplaybooks.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]" and attach your Razorpay payment receipt. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 banking days.
